Item 3. Quantitative and Qualitative Disclosures About Market Risk
ITEM 3.
QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE DISCLOSURES ABOUT MARKET RISK.
We maintain an interest rate swap arrangement which is considered a derivative instrument. Our indebtedness as of September 30, 2023 was the outstanding balance of seller notes from our
acquisitions of $5.3 million, and an outstanding balance on our term note related to the Credit Agreement of $145.3 million. We do not have a balance on the Revolving Facility as of September 30, 2023. The Revolving Credit Facility is subject to
fluctuating interest rates. A 1% change in the interest rate would yield no additional interest expense on the facility because of the interest rate swap described above. See Liquidity and Capital Resources for
more information.
