Price Range of Shares USL’s shares have traded on the NYSE Arca under the symbol “USL” since November 25, 2008. Prior to trading on the NYSE Arca, USL’s shares traded on the American Stock Exchange (the “AMEX”) under the symbol “USL” since its initial public offering on December 6, 2007. As of December 31, 2025, USL had approximately 4,600 holders of shares. Dividends USL has not made and does not currently intend to make cash distributions to its shareholders.
