Our
principal executive office is located in a flexible shared office facility located at 941 W Morse Blvd., Suite 100, Winter Park, FL 32789,
with lease terms on a month-to-month basis. On August 8, 2025, the Company entered into a Lease Agreement (the “Lease”) with
Trump Tower Commercial LLC for the leasing of 2,791 rentable square feet located at 725 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10022 with a term
commencing September 1, 2025 and ending October 31, 2028. We believe that these facilities are adequate for our needs, including providing
the space and infrastructure to accommodate our development work based on our current operating plan. We do not own any real estate.
