The amounts that may be recovered in such matters may be subject to insurance coverage. We have provided information about certain legal proceedings in which we are involved in Part I, Item 3. Legal Proceedings of our 2020 Annual Report and updated that information in Note 14—Contingencies and Note 17—Discontinued Operations to the consolidated financial statements included elsewhere in this report.
