Our corporate headquarters are located
in Rockville, Maryland, where we occupy approximately 10,363 square feet of office space under a lease agreement expiring July 31,
2022, with monthly rent of $23,820.
We do not own any real property. We believe
that we have adequate space for our anticipated needs and that suitable additional space will be available at commercially reasonable
prices as needed.
