Amendment to Convertible Promissory Notes On August 12, 2026, the Company entered into an the Amendment with the holders of the 2023 Notes. The Amendment amended the conversion price of the Notes from $3.75 to $1.50 per share, subject to adjustment in accordance with the terms of the Notes.
