Our executive offices are located
at 4921 William Arnold Road, Memphis, TN 38117, and our telephone number is (901) 270-3107. The cost for our use of this space is
included in the $17,500 per month fee we pay to LOMP, an affiliate of our Sponsor for certain office space, utilities and secretarial
and administrative support, pursuant to the Administrative Services Agreement. We consider our current office space adequate for our current
operations.
Item 3. Legal Proceedings.
To the knowledge of our Management
Team, there is no material litigation currently pending or contemplated against us, any of our subsidiaries, any of our officers or directors
in their capacity as such, or against any of our property.
