Item 1. Legal Proceedings The Company has been named as a defendant in a legal action arising from the conduct of its normal business and employment activities. Management believes that the legal action against the Company is without merit and intends to defend against it. Any liability that could arise with respect to this action is not reasonably estimable as of September 30, 2025 and in the opinion of the Company, any such liability will not have a material adverse effect on the Company’s consolidated financial statements. Item 1A. Risk Factors Not applicable, as the Company is a “smaller reporting company.”
