(1) On May 10, 2022, our Board of Directors re-authorized management, in its sole discretion, to repurchase, in any fiscal year, up to $100.0 million of our common stock, subject to maintaining compliance with all covenants of our Senior Credit Facilities. Pursuant to this re-authorization, we repurchased approximately 0.7 million shares of our common stock for an aggregate purchase price of $33.7 million during the three months ended July 2, 2022. As of July 2, 2022, the maximum approximate dollar value of our common stock that may be purchased under this authorization during the current fiscal year is $66.3 million.
