Market for Registrant’s Common Equity, Related Stockholder Matters and Issuer Purchases of Equity Securities Market Information and Holders of Record On June 1, 2021, our common stock began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “SOFI”. Prior to that time, there was no public market for our stock. As of February 15, 2023, there were 477 holders of record of our common stock, which does not include persons whose stock is held in nominee or “street name” accounts through brokers, banks and intermediaries. As many of our shares of common stock are held by brokers and other institutions on behalf of stockholders, we are unable to estimate the total number of stockholders represented by these record holders. Dividends We have never declared nor paid cash dividends on our common stock. The terms of our Series 1 Redeemable Preferred Stock provide for the payment of semiannual dividends on the 30th day of June and 31st day of December of each year.
