The share repurchase program is effective until October 31, 2021 or until the maximum amount of common stock is repurchased, whichever occurs first. During the three months from October 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, we repurchased 1,580,207 shares of our common stock in open market transactions under the share repurchase program. Such shares repurchased during the quarter were recorded as a $47.0 million reduction to stockholders' equity.
