ITEM 5. OTHER INFORMATION   On May 6, 2022, the Company held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders. At this meeting, the stockholders approved an amendment to the Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Company (the “Restated Certificate of Incorporation”) to increase the number of authorized shares of the Company’s common stock from 100 million shares, par value $0.001, to 200 million shares, par value $0.001 (the “Authorized Share Increase”). On May 17, 2022, the Company filed a First Certificate of Amendment to its Restated Certificate of Incorporation with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware, reflecting the Authorized Share Increase.   ITEM 6.
