Risks Related to the pending Western Anadarko Basin Acquisition
Our ability to complete the recently announced acquisition of certain producing assets and leasehold interests in the Western Anadarko Basin (the “Acquisition”) is subject to certain closing conditions, including approval by our Board, regulatory clearance and other required closing conditions imposed in the Purchase Agreement, which may not be satisfied and could adversely affect us or cause the Acquisition not to be completed.
