Prior to February 15, 2022,
our common stock was quoted on the OTC Pink under the symbol “SBFM.” Since February 15, 2022, our common stock has been listed
on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “SBFM”.
As of January 31, 2022, there
were approximately 147 holders of record of our common stock.

We did not have any equity
compensation plans as of December 31, 2021.
Dividend Policy
We have not paid any dividends
since our incorporation and do not anticipate paying any dividends in the foreseeable future. At present, our policy is to retain earnings,
if any, to develop and market our products. Our payment of dividends in the future will depend upon, among other factors, our earnings,
capital requirements, and operating financial conditions.
