The
Company owns the manufacturing and the office facilities that it operates in. The total square footage of the plant in Kimball, Nebraska
is approximately 50,000 sq. ft. A 7,500 sq. ft. warehouse for raw material storage was purchased in June 2017 when the Company acquired
its cable and wiring division, and another 9,600 sq. ft. building was purchased in April 2020 to support additional expansion. Additionally,
in November 2019, the Company purchased the 15,000 sq. ft. building that it previously leased from Bonita Risk, which is used mainly
for offices. Bonita Risk is a director of the Company.
The
Company also owns a 7,200 sq. ft. building in Gering, NE, used for manufacturing. Currently, there are approximately 34 employees at
the Gering site.
