From time to time, the Company is party to certain legal proceedings in the ordinary course of business. Management, after consultation with legal counsel, currently does not anticipate that the aggregate liability arising out of these legal proceedings will have a material effect on Company’s results of operations, financial position, or cash flows and have assessed that there is no need to record a liability for these legal proceedings and related contingencies. Additional disclosures have been included within Note 15, Com mitments and Contingencies of the consolidated financial statements.
