Our corporate headquarters is located at 234 Church Street, Suite 1020, New Haven, CT 06510, where we lease and occupy 9,000 square feet of office space. The current term of our lease in New Haven expires September 30, 2025. We believe that this office space is sufficient to meet our current needs. If required, we believe that suitable additional or alternative space would be available in the future on commercially reasonable terms.
