Termination of Psilocybin License On May 12, 2025, the Company delivered to Arbormentis LLC a formal notice of termination of the Company’s License Agreement with Arbormentis LLC, ending the Company’s participation in the previously announced psilocybin development program. As a result of the cancellation, all obligations under the license agreement with Arbormentis will cease as of the effective termination date, which is 90 days after the date of notice. 24 ITEM 6.
