Effects
of COVID-19
The
pandemic caused by an outbreak of COVID-19 has resulted, and is likely to continue to result, in significant national and global
economic disruption and may adversely affect our business. Based on the Company’s current assessment, the Company does not
expect any material impact on its long-term development timeline and its liquidity due to the worldwide spread of the COVID-19
virus. However, the Company is actively monitoring this situation and the possible effects on its financial condition, liquidity,
operations, suppliers, industry, and workforce.
There
have been no material changes to the risk factors under Part I, Item 1A of our Form 10-K for the year ended December
31, 2020, which include more detailed risk factors related to COVID-19.
