Our executive office is located at 1 Rockefeller
Plaza, Suite 1039, New York, NY 10020. We lease our office for approximately $4,500 per month pursuant to a lease which terminates on
July 31, 2022. We believe that our existing facilities are suitable and adequate to meet our current needs. We intend to add new facilities
or expand existing facilities as we add employees, and we believe that suitable additional or substitute space will be available as needed
to accommodate any such expansion of our operations.
