Properties.
Our corporate headquarters is located in Berkeley, California, where it leases 15,625 square feet pursuant to a lease that expires October 31, 2025. Our Fab-1 facility is located in Fremont, California, where the company leases approximately 53,800 square feet pursuant to a lease that expires September 30, 2029. We also have offices for our international operations in the United Kingdom and Australia. We believe that our current facilities are suitable and adequate to meet our current needs. We intend to add new facilities or expand existing facilities as we add employees, and we believe that suitable additional or substitute space will be available as needed to accommodate any such expansion of our operations.
