Our corporate offices are located at 4B Cedar Brook Drive, Cedar Brook Corporate Center, Cranbury, NJ 08512, where we lease approximately 10,000 square feet of office space under a lease that expires in June 2025. We also lease approximately 3,600 square feet of laboratory space in the Township of South Brunswick, NJ under a lease that expires in October 2026. We believe our present facilities are adequate for our current needs. The corporate offices include private offices, meeting rooms and work spaces for all administrative personnel and over half of the research and development personnel, with the remainder of research and development personnel stationed at the laboratory facility. We do not own any real property.
