Market for the Registrant ’ s Common Equity, Related Stockholder Matters and Issuer Purchases of Equity Securities.   Market Information   Our Common Stock is listed on the OTCQB, an over-the-counter market, under the ticker symbol “PRKR”.  Over-the-counter market quotations reflect inter-dealer prices, without retail mark-up, mark-down, or commission, and may not necessarily represent actual transactions.   Holders   As of March 24, 2023, we had approximately 82 holders of record and we believe there are approximately 6,850 beneficial holders of our common stock.   Dividends   We do not currently pay dividends on our common stock and intend to retain our cash and future earnings, if any, to fund our business plan.  The payment of cash dividends in the future will be dependent upon our revenue and earnings, if any, capital requirements and general financial condition.  The payment of any dividends will be within the discretion of our board of directors.   Purchases of Equity Securities by Issuer and Affiliated Purchasers   No purchases of our equity securities have been made by us or affiliated purchasers within the fourth quarter of the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022.   Item 6.
