Our corporate
headquarters is located in Denver, Colorado.
We lease additional offices in the United States and around the world, including in
California, New York, and Washington, D.C., in the United States; and Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Israel, Japan, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

We lease all of our facilities and do not own any real property. We intend to procure
additional space as we add employees and expand geographically. We believe our facilities are adequate and suitable for our current needs and that, should it be needed, suitable additional or alternative space will be available to accommodate any
expansion of our operations.
