At December 31, 2024, the Company and the Bank conducted their business from their headquarters office in Newton, North Carolina and the Bank’s 16 branch offices in Lincolnton, Hickory, Newton, Catawba, Conover, Claremont, Maiden, Denver, Triangle, Hiddenite, Charlotte, Huntersville, Mooresville and Raleigh, North Carolina. The Bank also operates loan production offices in Charlotte, Denver, Salisbury and Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
