We do not own any real estate or other physical properties materially important to our operations. Our executive offices are located at 10900 NE 4 th Street, Suite 2300, Bellevue, WA 98004 and Hoedong-gil, 37-36, 3F, Paju, Gyeonggi-do, 10881 Korea, and our telephone numbers
are (425) 635-7700 and +82 31 948 9419, respectively. Under an administrative services agreement we entered into with our Sponsor effective on February 9, 2023, we have agreed to pay Bellevue Capital
Management, LLC, an affiliate of our Sponsor, a total of $7,500 per month for office space, utilities and secretarial and administrative support. Upon completion of our initial business combination or our liquidation, we will cease paying these
monthly fees. We consider our current office space, combined with the other office space otherwise available to our executive officers, adequate for our current operations.

their corporate capacity.
