Item 2. Properties Description of Property We lease office space at 2999 NE 191 st Street, Aventura, FL 33180 and pay approximately $26,000 per month, including operating expenses and taxes. We currently sublet this property at a rate of $16,000 per month. We lease our current office space at 57 NW 183 rd Street and pay $10,300 per month. Additionally, we have office space and parking for our trucks at our fuel supplier located at 2965 E. 11 th Ave., Hialeah, FL 33013 and pay $8,250 per month. We also have access to parking for our trucks at various locations of Palmdale Oil Company in Florida. Finally, we lease approximately 3,000 square feet of office space, located at 407 Lincoln Road, Ste. 9F, Miami Beach, FL 33139. The Company is not charged any fees for this arrangement. We believe our current office space is sufficient to meet our needs.
