of Property
We
lease office space at 2999 NE 191 st Street, Aventura, FL 33180 and pay approximately $21,800 per month, including operating
expenses and taxes. Additionally, we have office space and parking for our trucks at our fuel supplier located at 2965 E. 11 th
Ave., Hialeah, FL 33013. We will also have access to parking for our trucks at various locations of Palmdale Oil Company in
Florida upon closing of the transaction announced on March 3, 2022. We believe our current office space is sufficient to meet our
needs.
