On May 3, 2025, we entered into a one-year lease for office space at 1 Bridge Plaza, 2 nd Floor, Fort Lee, NJ 07024. We have taken possession of this space, which serves as our principal executive offices. Total rent expense over the full term of the lease will be approximately $15,000. We believe that our existing facilities are adequate to meet our current requirements. We plan to extend the lease prior to its expiration on May 3, 2026.
On August 22, 2025, we entered into a three-month lease at 216 East 52nd Street, New York, NY 10022. Total rent expense over the full term was $18,000. The lease has since expired and we did not renew the lease.
