Item 2. Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities and Use of Proceeds. The Company did not repurchase any shares of its common stock during the third quarter ended August 6, 2022. The Company’s Board of Directors authorized the repurchase of 200,000 shares in September 2021 and in June 2022 authorized an additional 62,300 shares to be repurchased during fiscal year 2022, in the open market. During the first nine months ended August 6, 2022 management has repurchased an aggregate of 162,300 shares of common stock and is authorized to purchase up to an additional 100,000 shares in fiscal year 2022.
