Dividends Dividends paid by NLOP will be authorized and determined by our Board, in its sole discretion, and will be dependent upon a number of factors. In general, we expect to pay dividends as necessary to maintain our REIT qualification and if we have excess cash available from disposition proceeds. In addition, the credit agreements for our NLOP Financing Arrangements ( Note 11 ) contain covenants that limit the amount of distributions that we can pay, as discussed in Item 1A. Risk Factors .
