Our principal executive offices are located at
204 Nielsen Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08901. We lease our office for a minimum base rent of $28.00 per rentable square foot with three
percent (3%) annual increases in monthly installments on the first day of each month pursuant to a lease which terminates on December
31, 2024. We believe that our current office space will be adequate for the foreseeable future. We intend to add new facilities or expand
existing facilities as we add employees, and we believe that suitable additional or substitute space will be available as needed to accommodate
any such expansion of our operations.
