ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
We lease facilities in approximately seven locations throughout the world. Our principal business operations are located in Las Vegas, Nevada. We also lease space in Burlingame, California, Austin, Texas, Tel-Aviv, Israel, Hong Kong, Belgrade,

Serbia, and Hanoi, Vietnam for our game development and operation functions. We believe our existing facilities are sufficient for our current needs. We may add new facilities and expand our existing facilities as we add employees and expand into new locations. We believe suitable additional space will be available as needed to accommodate our needs.
