We do not own any real estate or other physical properties. We use the office space of the Administrator located at 89 Davis Road, Suite 100, Orinda, CA 94563 and reimburse the cost to the Administrator pursuant to the
Administration agreement. We believe that the office facilities of the Administrator are suitable and adequate for our business as it is currently conducted.
Item 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
We are not currently subject to any material legal proceedings, nor, to our knowledge, is any material legal proceeding threatened against us.
