ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
Our corporate headquarters is located in Fountain
Valley, California, and covers 28,000 square feet pursuant to an operating lease that expires in 2024 at a monthly rental of $12,621.
We also lease an additional 13,000 square foot warehouse facility in Fountain Valley pursuant to an operating lease that expires in 2024
at a monthly rental of $9,465.
We lease all of our facilities and do not own any
real property. We believe that our facilities are generally suitable to meet our current needs.
ITEM 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
We are not party to any material pending legal
proceedings. From time to time, we may be subject to legal proceedings and claims arising in the ordinary course of business.
