Repurchases under these programs will be made at management's discretion from time to time on the open market or in privately negotiated transactions and through Rule 10b5-1. We spent $0.8 million on discretionary repurchases in the second quarter of fiscal 2026 to repurchase 23 thousand shares As of October 25, 2025, 3.4 million shares remained available for repurchase pursuant to the board authorization.
