ITEM 5. OTHER INFORMATION Effective following the filing of this report (the “Effective Date”). Chris Knauf, a current employee of the Company, shall commence serving as Chief Financial Officer and Controller of the Company. Mr. Knauf receives an annual salary of $150,000 increasing to $160,000 upon the Effective Date.
