Common Stock
Our common stock is traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol
“LTRX.” The number of holders of record of our common stock as of August 22, 2025 was approximately 24.
Dividend Policy
We have never declared or paid cash dividends on our common stock. We do
not anticipate paying any cash dividends on our common stock in the foreseeable future, and we intend to retain any future earnings for
use in the expansion of our business and for general corporate purposes. Any future decision to declare or pay dividends will be made
by the Board in its sole discretion and will depend upon our financial condition, operating results, capital requirements and other factors
that the Board deems appropriate at the time of its decision.
Issuer Repurchases
We did not repurchase any shares of our common stock during fiscal 2025.
