Item 2. Properties.
In January 2023, we moved our corporate headquarters from San Francisco, California to San Mateo, California, where we lease approximately 16,738 square feet of space under a lease that expires on October 31, 2023. Our corporate headquarters currently accommodates our principal, development, engineering, marketing and administrative activities. We also maintain office space in Chicago, Illinois. All of our facilities are leased. Beginning in 2020 at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, we began operating as a remote-first company with plans to continue as such indefinitely. We believe that our current facilities are adequate to meet our current needs and that, should it be needed, suitable additional or alternative space will be available to accommodate our operations.
