ITEM 2 – PROPERTIES
As of December 31, 2024, our properties include just-in-time manufacturing facilities, component manufacturing facilities, sequencing and distribution sites, and dedicated administrative/technical support facilities in 37 countries. A summary of these properties by operating segment and by region is shown below:

In addition, we have 13 general administrative/technical support facilities. Our properties include seven advanced technology centers (one at our corporate headquarters in Southfield, Michigan, one additional in North America, two in Europe and three in Asia). Of our 255 total properties, 92 are owned and 163 are leased.
