executive officer and our principal financial officer, have reviewed and evaluated the effectiveness of our disclosure controls
and procedures as of the end of the period covered by this Report. Following this review and evaluation , management collectively
determined that our disclosure controls and procedures are effective to ensure that information required to be disclosed by us

periods specified in Commission rules and forms; and (ii) is accumulated and communicated to management, including our chief executive
