LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
Neither we nor our Advisor is currently subject to any material legal proceedings, nor, to our knowledge, is any material legal proceeding threatened against
us, or against our Advisor.
From time to time, we, or our Advisor, may be a party to certain legal proceedings in the ordinary course of business,
including proceedings relating to the enforcement of our rights under contracts with our portfolio companies. While the outcome of these legal proceedings cannot be predicted with certainty, we do not expect that these proceedings will have a
material effect upon our financial condition or results of operations.
From time to time we are involved in various legal proceedings, lawsuits and
claims incidental to the conduct of our business. Our businesses are also subject to extensive regulation, which may result in regulatory proceedings against us.
