Our executive offices are
located at 1701 Village Center Circle, Las Vegas, Nevada, and our telephone number is (702) 323-7330. The cost for our use of this space
is included in the $2,500 per month fee we pay to our Sponsor for certain office space, utilities and secretarial and administrative support,
pursuant to the Administrative Services Agreement. We consider our current office space adequate for our current operations.
