Other Information Rule 10b5-1 Trading Plans During our last fiscal quarter, the following officer, as defined in Rule 16a-1(f), adopted a “Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement” as defined in Regulation S-K Item 408, as follows: On May 20, 2024 , John Kimble , our Chief Financial Officer , for tax planning purposes, adopted a Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement that is intended to satisfy the affirmative defense of Rule 10b5-1(c) with respect to the sale of up to 59,076 shares of our common stock from time to time, in accordance with the terms specified in the trading arrangement.
