Stamford Place, Suite 330 Stamford, CT 06902 and our telephone number is (203) 930-2200. Our executive offices are provided to us by our
Sponsor. Commencing on the date our securities were first listed on NASDAQ, we have agreed to pay an affiliate of our Sponsor a total
of $15,000 per month for office space, utilities and secretarial and administrative support. We consider our current office space adequate
for our current operations. Upon completion of our initial business combination or our liquidation, we will cease paying these monthly
fees.
