2 – PROPERTIES
We
do not currently maintain office space.
On
January 20, 2022, we entered into a lease agreement for approximately 3,600 square fee of warehouse, distribution, and administrative
office space in Henderson, Nevada. The lease is for a period of three (3) years, through January 31, 2025, at a monthly lease rate of
$3,891 and increasing thereafter.
