Our
executive offices are located at 4800 Montgomery Lane, Suite 210, Bethesda, MD 20814, and our telephone number is (301) 971-3955. The
cost for our use of this space was included in the $10,000 per month fee we paid to Alset Management Group Inc. for office space, administrative
and shared personnel support services. Upon completion of the Business Combination, the Company ceased paying these monthly fees. At
the present time, our majority stockholder is temporarily providing us office space at no cost. We consider our current office space
adequate for our current operations.
