Our executive offices are located at 100
N. 18th Street, Suite 300, Philadelphia, PA 19103. We believe that our current office space will be adequate for the next 12 months.
We have no plans to lease additional space in the next twelve months. Should we be required to obtain additional space in the future,
we believe we can obtain the required facilities at competitive rates. We do not own any real property.
