of approximately 7,850 square feet. The corresponding lease was executed in April 2023 for a term of 36 months and an average base rent
of approximately $7,500 per month.
In
July 2018, CardCash signed a lease for its office located in Woodbridge , New Jersey. The lease has a term of 70 months through
April 2024, and an average base rent of approximately $17,000 per month.
