Item 2. Properties.
The Company’s executive offices are located in the main office building of the Bank at 711 Main Street, Jasper, Indiana. The main office building, which is owned by the Bank and also serves as the main office of the Company’s other subsidiaries, contains approximately 23,600 square feet of office space. The Bank and the Company’s other subsidiaries also conduct their operations from 50 other locations in Southern Indiana and 27 in Kentucky. Of the 77 total locations, 59 are owned by the Company and 18 are leased from third parties.
Item 3. Legal Proceedings.
There are no pending legal proceedings, other than routine litigation incidental to the business of the Company’s subsidiaries, to which the Company or any of its subsidiaries is a party or of which any of their property is the subject.
